Can someone give a bit more description of the way in which Balt is killing Pitt?

What's the 'feel' of the game, who's winning which battles etc?

I'm stuck watching Chi v Atl and the blowout in Houston.

dominating on both sides by ravens. running/passing..everything.

This will be the best day ever if the Steelers come back after Baltimore passes up an opportunity to go up by 4 scores.

Sorry. The Ravens were already winning at half, 21-7, and dominating in every way. On the first Steelers play in the 2nd half, Ngata made a HUGE tackle of Mendenhall, Steelers fumbled. Very next play, Ravens TD, Ravens went for 2, 29-7. On the next Steeler possession Ngata tipped the ball, it was picked. Now the Ravens just went for it on 4th and 1, a knockout blow so to speak, and Harrison stuffed Rice. So its still 29-7

Haloti Ngata making his presence felt, stuffed Mendy in the backfield causing a fumble

Ravens TD to Dixon on the next play, 2 point conversion, too.

1st play of next series, Ngata tips Ben's pass, easy INT for Ray Lewis.

PIT D stopped them on downs though, as BAL bypassed an easy FG.

Was a fan of both Baltimore TEs entering the season. Another week or two like this and I'll promote myself to big fan.

Unable to watch the game, but Boldin appears to have disappeared after his 2nd catch, did he get hurt or something? Flacco not looking his way? Great CB coverage?

Well, guess Bolden's not hurt, just noted the latest catch...

Another thing, who will be better long-term this year, TEs Dickson or Pitta? Sorry again, wish I could see the game with my own eyes, only able to follow via GameTracker....

Well, this has been a royal asskicking. Congrats, Ravens! A statement game for sure. We'll see how you fare against us in January...

I'm going to risk the overreaction to week 1, and start proclaiming the sky is falling. Pitt's history of melting down after a Super Bowl, and how BAD this defense looks makes me think the playoffs are a 60% chance, and that's only because of the cupcake schedule.

no question, the Ravens laid one on the steelers today. i'm spitting nails wanting to be the 12th man on defense to deal with those underneath routes to Rice and Dickson that killed us. very soft performance by the defense with respect to flustering Flacco. just did not happen. goes to show what a difference the OLine makes. we just can not handle Suggs while their line totally shut down our front 7.

glad this is regular season, and early too, to light a fire under this team and get them on track for 2011. no doubt, the steelers are not this bad and no doubt the ravens are not this good. but for this one day, they were world-beaters. can't wait for the rematch, now.

Come on. It's one game, on the road, against our biggest rivals who have been pointing to this the entire offseason, in an emotional atmosphere. And there's been mistakes and multiple turnovers. If you think this game is indicative of anything other than this game, you're nuts IMO.

Baltimore needs to pull the starters before they start knee hunting. #Steelers poor sports
Im not even a Ravens fan, but the Steelers have turned into the old Oakland Raiders. James Harrison is the dirtiest player in the NFL. He's a bum who couldn't even make the team his first several years in the league and now he's a roided out maniac who is a perennial all pro? GTFO. Throw in Big Ben's off the field troubles and Hines Ward sticking his foot in his mouth every time he opens it and you have the leagues most unlikable team. These are not the Steelers I know and certainly not the Rooney Steelers.

Harrison is getting handled like a 6 year old out there, he must have gotten a new contract this offseason.
