You know what really sucks? If they had played this terribly all season, they'd be in the middle of the Andrew Luck sweepstakes. Instead, they gave out $60M to Ryan Fitzpatrick and he immediately turned back unto a pumpkin.

They should do everything they can to trade up and take Matt Barkley and just consider Fitzpatrick a sunk coat.

FWIW, Barkley will be there when the Bills pick. He'll be the third QB off the board in the middle of the 1st round.
