Game Thread W10 - Houston V Jacksonville (1 Viewer)

13/28 for 181 and 4 INTs so far in the game. Doesn't look good for the Garrard era.

JAX listed lefty as out (3rd QB), or else I'm sure we'd see him in.

screw you MJD..just screw you

/disgruntled fred owner

3-2-HOU27 (4:46) (Shotgun) F.Taylor up the middle pushed ob at HST 3 for 24 yards (D.Faggins).

1-3-HOU3 (4:36) M.Jones-Drew up the middle for 3 yards, TOUCHDOWN.

Mo-Jo gets the Redzone carry for a TD. F. Taylor had one heck of a run right before it.

Told JAX they should run it more.

That's a fumble out of bounds not an incomplete for Owen Daniels.

Edit: That's a load of crap. Refs blew that call.

Don't know what you expect here. This has been this way since Fred was in his second year. He's a great runningback- just not at the goal line.

My gawd, Kubiak has BALLS!!!
 I responded to this because this was your last post, but must add a few comments concerning this game. - Kubiak called it right when it counted and it must be nice for Texans fans to know that your coach isn't afraid to make the difficult decision. The Texans, obviously, aren't intimidated at all by the Jags.-Matt Jones seems to play a bit scared. This needs to change asap.-David Carr is the victim of unfair criticism. He's gotten pounded his entire career, yet he stands in the pocket, makes his throws, and takes hits every single time. He's a tough guy.-Garrard was off, but he really only made three bad throws all game. One was picked in the endzone, another was when he was being pulled down and it somehow made its way to Wilford during the first quarter, and another pass was underthrown in the endzone and could have easily been picked. I still don't know what the longterm QB situation is at One Alltel Place. I don't think Jack Del Rio really knows either.-Mario Williams was effective and disruptive on more than a few plays.-The Jags needed to run the ball more. They got behind, but not by that much. I think Carl Smith might not be around next year.-Andre Johnson's was a focal point of the Jaguars D. I know his stats were not all that great, but he changed what the the Jags D was trying to do. -Darrell Smith had played great in Mike Peterson's absence. I think he keeps the job next year with Peterson moving outside.-The Jaguar receivers need to learn how to catch the ball. Forget RAC, I'll settle for receptions.
