That was a mammoth hole on the OL. KC's DTs both took the wrong gap. Nice speed from Young to utilize it.

Derrick Johnson is great.

Holmes first two carries are a burst up the middle for a 5 yd gain and a run around the left end for about a 12 yd gain.

Looks pretty good so far.

Holmes looks decent. Huard, on the other hand, is brutal. Denver is going to keep stacking that box until Huard shows something.

When Jay Cutler becomes a more poised, accurate passer, Brandon Marshall will be a top WR in this league. Cutler is the one reason E15 is not in the top 10 fantasy receivers right now.

3-2 DEN5 (3:29) P.Holmes left end to DEN 18 for -13 yards (N.Webster).Anyone see this rush?
yeah... actually a heads-up play by priest, in my opinion. play broke down, instead of getting tackled for a short loss, he tried to reverse his field in an attempt to make things happen. if it hadn't been 3rd down, he obviously would've been smart and just taken the short loss... as it was, still an easy FG for rayner.

It was stopped so he reversed field and tried to make something happen. Probably worth a try given how short the FG would've been anyway, as it was.

Cheap play by Brackenridge for KC punched Brandon Marshall in the balls. Marshall is on the sidelines being looked at and Brack can count on a fine coming.

Cutler down...

Huard fumble, den return for td, 2 tds in 9 seconds for den.

RIP Priest Holmes..a shell of his former self.
I really thought KC would put Smith in more. I mean 2 rushes for 2 yards hardly warrants it, but as a change of pace back at least
Herminated.Priest should not be getting 20 carries. He's only 3 weeks into returning to the team from retirement, the dude is 34 years old, and he's coming back from what should have been a career-ending injury. At least find out what you have in Kolby.

I can tell you're not watching the actual game for if you were you would be reporting a different story. Thanks for not allowing either your personal feelings or your previous predictions to cloud your judgement and reporting. Anything to keep the others in your league off balance eh???Holmes has looked good today. He's 20 for 65 (3.3 ypc) so far and it would have been 20 for 80 (4 ypc) if not for a 14 yard loss on third down where he tried to make chicken salad out of chicken dung and KC settled for a 36 yd FG. He's also go 14 receiving yds on two catches. The worst problem with owning PH is the OL and the fact that KC hasn't been much of a scoring machine. The encouraging thing is that they did move the ball better with Croyle in the game and KC appears to have abandoned the run, run, run vanilla play calling. Expect to see more screens and passing from KC. Croyle may be the biggest winner of LJ being hurt since the offense appears to be trying to pass more.

Big road divisional win for the Broncos. Now if San Diego loses to Indianapolis, they're in first place in the AFC West.

I know you are a good KC homer, but Priest looked bad, as did Croyle, who thre off his back foot numerous times. I dont care if it is the OL or Priest, for fantasy purposes, he is not worth owning. At this point, I would avoiid anyone except for Bowe and Gonzalez on KC. I would rather own Jesse Chatman than Priest Holmes. And you can't take away the 14-yard loss...he could have made a better decision. This KC team blows.....and by the time they host OAK 11/25, they will be 4-7 and be done for this season

what better decision was there to make on third down? If he doesn't reverse field he doesn't make the first down and the way he played it they were still well within range for a 36 yd FG. He made the right decision to go for it. I agree about Chatman based on his opportunity (not splitting with anybody and Ronnie Brown's not coming back this year which we can't say with any certainty about LJ yet). Yes this team blows but I'm not ready to call them toast yet until I see what Croyle can do from a start and have an opportunity to play from a tied game and perhaps even the opportunity to have a lead. Let's see what the play calling looks like when and if Croyle gets a start.
