I don't understand why you call a timeout to decide if you should throw a challenge or not.. If you throw it, and you are wrong, you are out the timeout. Now if it is not overturned (and it shouldn't be) won't Cleveland be forced to use 2 time outs in that situation?

Steelers got away with it this time, but how many times are teams going to get burned on those replays before coaches learn to run their extra point team out there and kick the ball as fast as possible? It should just be a no brainer in the red zone, have those guys out there and running the play within 20 seconds, worst case it makes the other coach make a bad decision. There is just no upside in taking your time.
