Game Thread W10 - Tennessee V Chicago (1 Viewer)

excited for this one, concerned about Titans injuries.

If Rex is like the ol Rex and makes alot of mistakes, this won't be close. If he can play under control, it should be a great matchup.

I hope it's not a running snooze fest. I could soooooooo imagine this being a game where there are 60 or more rushing attempts.

To use a dopey phrase, the Bears are probably the best ever 29th ranked pass D. I just don't think they're that bad. Gage better get it together this week. In the 2 games since his injury, he's stunk. He's been excellent otherwise for the Titans. Brandon Jones has had some awesome catches recently. (One "oh my" one hander last week) If he does well again, it'll be time to re-think about picking him up for dynasty leagues.

against an aggressive defense that is stacking the line and getting into the backfield, someone like Lendale should not be touching the ball...

Let's see, you've been going to Lendale White in that situation all year and you're 8-0. I know we'll give it to our FB!

Bears blow a dominating stop by running into the kicker. That sucks.

Bears D appears to be selling out to stop the run and Collins is finding time to get the ball to his receivers.. nice TD Scaife. Hopefully, some of the running lanes will open up as the game progresses..

That Collins to Scaife hookup is looking good!

For all the C Johnson owners.. I think if the passing game continues to work, the lanes will start to open up for johnson and white.... as I type this johnson gets stuffed on two consecutive plays.

Tennessee 13 carries for -5 yards so far, yet throwing the ball at will.
That's the way the Bears will play it all game.
Exactly. "Adjustment" is not in Lovie's dictionary.
Gimme a break guys. They've given Tennesse the ball at midfield in almost every drive and only allowed 7 points. What do they need to adjust? They're stopping the pass when they need to. If they completely take away the run game, it's going to be difficult to stop pass. Taking away the run game is their strength. Why play away from it?

It's almost unbelievable that (more or less) the same DL that are owning the LOS on running plays are getting manhandled on passing plays. What is with that? No pride in pass rushing? Geesh, Lovie should put in whatever backup DL he has on passing plays. They'd clearly try harder. Collins has all day to throw.

The Bears just can't get out of their own endzone really on O. Titans are really keeping them pinned well.

Again with the run D, the LBers are all fired up and playing great too but, when they pass someone is open everytime just behind them. They're giving that to the Titans. 7-7 it's working but that seems dangerously easy for KC to complete.

Due to Chris Johnson's awesome ability to break a long run, I don't think the Bears can change up on D too much. If nothing else, the threat of CJ breaking one will keep them at the LOS.

I think they should throw to Forte more.

Titans OL is excellent. I'm curious if the Bears can keep it up for 4 Qs.

It's a neat chess match between lovie and fisher as it's 7-7. It doesn't matter that Lovie's plan is allowing them alot of easy passes if they win.

I can't believe Bironas ends his consecutive FG streak and misses something like 3 of the next 5. That guy never misses.

So Collins is on pace for 360 yards? Yikes

Openned the 2nd with Rex, Rex, Rex. That's not gonna work Lovie.

Fair enough, today's game is not a good example.

As usual, the Bears woes are all because of Ron Turner. How does this guy have a job at any level, especially the NFL. I can't believe how stupid he is. Fbgs could coach an offense more effectively than this moron. RUN THE BALL YOU IDIOT! YOU HAVE A GREAT RB AND YOUR QB SUCKS!! IDIOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Question is, will Tennessee have the guts to keep throwing the ball as the game goes on if they continue to lead? We all know it's the right thing to do in a situation like this, but it doesn't always happen.

6 plays, 5 Rex, 1 horribly predictable handoff that was smotherred behind the LOS

If the Titans score here. Those are going to be 6 of the worst play calls

10 points is doable. 14 too much to comeback from IMO.This could be a back breaking drive where it won't even really matter what they do.When's the last time the Bears had a first down?
