Its going to be a fast and low statistic game with all these long grinding drives...

With injuries to Brandon Marshall and Seattle Mike Williams, I scrambled for a ww pickup at WR and finally grabbed Nate Burleson, and put him in the lineup. He's not flashy but he is consistently getting a lot of targets. He may stay in my lineup.

With Nicks down I actually started Burleson over Garcon. He's already pretty much surpassed Garcon's recent statistics in the first half. Burleson always seems to end up on my team at the end of the fantasy season...

Wow, so much for the AFC being so "dominant". Their best team having trouble with an NFC team that's in last place of it's division..

They also lost to the Browns. There are no great or dominant teams this year. The pretty good team that gets hot late is going to win the Super Bowl.

In the salary cap NFL the difference between most teams is negligible. A lot of people say it's a coaching and QB league, those two things being the difference almost every week. The Lions could easily be 5-5, maybe even 6-4 right now with a few bounces. The Bears could easily be 4-6, that's the NFL these days whether people like it or not.

Not really able to watch the game as I am relegated to the kitchen, but can I assume my Jahvid Best start in the hopes of a Julius Jones-circa-many-years-ago-performance was a complete and total waste of a roster spot? Has he even been in the game?

Not that I have seen...sorry

I believe he had one snap on the Lions' first drive lined up in the slot on the left side of the formation.

If that's the case, why have the Patriots, Steelers, and Colts been on top of the AFC for the past decade, while other teams have been terrible constantly?
