I really hopes he sits next week so I can just start Turner and go from there. I don't want the Shanahan/Belichek situation all week and then get burned in the finals if I make it.

I think you (and other LaDainian owners) are going to have to deal with that scenario for the rest of the year. If he can go at all he will, he won't willingly sit at this point in the season, and if the injury is nagging they will spell him with Turner.

It would be a shame to see that happen after such a great victory for the Chargers.

For the Ladainian owners, there HAS TO BE SOMETHING SERIOUSLY WRONG WITH HIM for him not to have been in on that last drive. While not good news, it would explain his worse than expected performance these last few weeks. He has not looked right since he got the ribs injured in my opinion. Also the troubles on the offensive line haven't helped.

PS. I'm still not happy with Brees, they very much won in spite of him today.

Regarding Brees, I agree. He looks good about half the time and horrible the other half. I like him, but the Jekyl and Hyde routine is getting old. Keeping him or Rivers is going to be a tough call.I think LT's ribs were hurt more than they are letting on. However, he's a team guy and probably thought it was better to have a 100% Turner out there than him beat up.

It didn't look bad, but I think that combined with the rib injury took their toll. He can play if he has to. It will be interesting to see what happens in KC.

But there are different types of garbage. If EdCat says that Turner is a better RB than Tomlinson, you can't argue that he's wrong by pointing out that Brett Favre used to be a pretty good QB. Likewise, pointing out that Tomlinson is a better fantasy RB doesn't do the trick. You have to address what he was actually claiming. As Winston said, you can still make fun of him, but "you might as well make fun of him for the right reasons."
