Game Thread W2 - Washington v Philadelphia (2 Viewers)

Moss' hands this year through two games are the worst I've seen from him.

He needs to get his head in the game.

Well, it doesn't seem like either Betts or Portis can really be heavily relied upon. After the success Betts had at the end of last season, it looks to me like he has plenty of confidence in both backs to switch them up at any time during the course of the drive.

I do think the one small advantage Portis has is he seems to start off in the halves and I think he's the preferred goaline back although they certainly don't get into that position very freaken often.

I certainly don't hope for an injury but unless one guy gets banged up, starting either one of these guys unless it's a bottom feeder run defense is just risky.

In truth, let's wait until the 4th quarter, because the running game should improve as the game goes on, especially with a lead.

thats bs....there was absolutely no conclusive evidence that the ball was not coming out before he was down as WE COULDN'T EVEN SEE THE BALL AT THIS TIME.

That one looked like it was on the WRs somewhat. LJ Smith just about ran into the guy running the slant and through everything off.

I believe that burning smell from outside the stadium is the pitchforks and torches that are awaiting #5 after this game. As much as I hate the Skins, their defense is pretty damn good

Well, I don't like that the d-line has generated zero pass rush and both sacks have been by LB's.

eagles offense problems:

it is the whole team...

mcnabb is missing open guys

open guys are dropping balls

the pass coverage is worse than last year and mcnabb doesnt have the ability anymore to get away from it

the defenses are playing us better and dont need to be worried about mcnabb

westbrook hasnt done much because the whole defense knows the cbs cant be beat downfield so the lbs and safteties can focus on the rb/short game

lj is hurt and we dont have any threat over the middle

we dont have a homerun threat and frankly i dont know if mcnabb could throw a long ball (havent seen that)

If you need ONE THING to pin point why ESPN blows right now; these NFL Primetime commcercials with them pretending to be gardeners is it. Seriously am I alone on this :lmao:
