Isaac Bruce left Sunday's game with 4:18 remaining in the second quarter after hyperextending his big left toe.

Bruce had one catch for 11 yards before he left. This is the same injury that Ravens quarterback Kyle Boller suffered earlier this year. Boller is expected to be out until the end of October, but the injury could have left him on the sideline longer if he would have needed surgery. Bruce will likely undergo a series of tests later tonight or Monday morning. If he misses any considerable time, Kevin Curtis becomes a good option as the Rams' No. 2 wide receiver.

I'd be very leery of calling this a Boller type injury until we know a LOT more. He could very easily be back next week.I sent an email advising them to grab Curtis but I'd wait till we see from the docs before we do too much.

to everyone who watched the game, why didn't they run more with the lead? Seems bulger is an int/fumble machine. I was expecting them to run s-jax in the 2nd half, and I just kept seeing Bulger cough it up. Anyway s-jax is killing me. And it seems martz is back to his old tricks.
