Game Thread W4 - Detroit V Green Bay (1 Viewer)

wow - covered by 3 (actually 2, edit) guys, including woodson, and CJ comes down with the ballball went through woodsons hands
Shocked Wood didn't get that ball. Not that I've ever felt the GB secondary is any good but is there a few guys injured as well?

Packers have a lot of the secondary out.Including their starting nickel back Shields, the guy who couldnt start in college for Miami

Why do the Lions not run a play similar to the 2nd Calvin TD at least once per drive? There is no corner in the league that can match up with him physically.

Burnett out too?Looked like it was Martin also near Calvin on that TD.

Thats why you never bench Calvin
For one good game a year? :lmao:
It takes more than one good game to get 78/1331/12. But other than that, yea good point.
I love it when Lion's fans can chime in! :lmao:
lol. Hey I think I am a pretty realistic Lions fan. They are still a couple years away from contending if they continue to build the way they have. I just find it funny when people are writing him off after a couple of games, which were Shaun Hill's first starting with the team. Calvin will get his. It will just be some in huge games and some he will disappear.

Unfortunately I'm 1-2 because of Calvin's non-production most of the year. And of course I have an easy game where I probably don't need his points and he goes off.

Pack have given up 251 yards in the first half - 213 by the pass

If it wasnt for Best falling down on the INT, and his fumble, the Lions would be winning. That and the 43 penalties called on them

LOLits shocking considering the opinions anyone reasonable has about megatron but i think he might actually be underrated
Wait wat? He's the most overrated WR in the NFL
he was the #3 wr in his second season while being thrown to by literal turds.its impossible for him to be overrated because he is top5 talent EASY.

Brandon Jackson has outplayed Best so far - same carries/yardage, just that Best has fumbled and fallen on a pass play that resulted in a int

If the Lions were in the West they'd be a playoff team this year. ;) Really though if they stay on the same path they're and manage to stay healthy I think they can be a competitor sooner then later.
