Game Thread W4 - San Francisco V New Orleans (1 Viewer)

Duece 5 yard run - The final three yards in slow motion as the whole line moved in unison as one huge pile.

Can someone please tell me why in the 1st quarter Bush has only 4 touches? Shouldn't they realize with the injuries that the offense NEEDS to go through him.

Saints WRs are not getting open. It looks like injuries are catching up with NO, and SF D is playing like it. .... but, it's early.

4 carries 0 yds and 1 catch. 3rd and 5 near the red zone and they bring Bush out??????????????

That worked but if Bush catches that pass he scores.

Who the hell is Lance Moore and why is racking up the stats for NO? Is he just not being covered?

Reggie Bush starting to heat up - Run 10 yards up the gut, run for few yard from inside out, incomplete pass, another 10 yard run on 3 rd and 10, catch (for minus yards, but still counts in ppr).

And now Duece with 10 yard run.

Nice.

And there you have it - Meachem long TD pass!!!

ETA - 47 yard pass to be exact.

Manny Lawson pulls up on kick off coverage with what appears to be a hamstring injury. Initial impression - does not look good.

Thank you SF for that great pass coverage. I can understand being caught off-guard, what with NO living by the run and all.

Seriously wtf - I thought SF had a good secondary? Are they sucking or just getting out-played by amazing NO performances?

Any insights on how SF is handling Bush, based on his low numbers?
I just think with 2Mac finally back, they aren't using Bush as much as they were forced to earlier this season. They are running the offense they ran when they got within 1 game of the Super Bowl... mixing some 2Mac, some Bush, with some passing. It's obviously working.

I hope you guys sold P. Thomas in week 1.

Deuce is running hard.

New Orleans will continue to spread the ball deep. Colston when he returns should continue to put up numbers over the middle.
