Game Thread W4 - Washington V Dallas (1 Viewer)

What can you say, good play by Horton.

Another pass....they've basically given up on the run and it looks like Washington anticipated that.

Defense needs to hold them to a field goal.

Ware back after being hurt.

That was an awkward pass by Campbell, and awkward leap by the WR, and an awkward catch by Cooley. Whatever works. :goodposting:

Terrible play calling by Dallas. Barber starts to get some nice gains and then they completely abandon the run. I know that Was is hurting on D, but set up the pass.....don't force it!

The 'Skins needed a TD there.

D needs to step up again, and Dallas can now run the ball a bit to try to take control of the game back.

Portis nicked up or is it just Betts' turn?
Someone may correct me but I don't think they've really said. Betts is noticeably in there more today than usual but I think it may just be dehydration. It's pretty hot there and Portis and the rest of these guys are definately being effected.
That's my guess too. Betts is just spelling Portis, and they're pretty comfortable running the offense with Betts so it's ok on a hot day.

Hats off to Washington, playing a great game all around.

But you have to question the officiating in some spots today. Some OBVIOUS misses on their part.

romo's got the game in his hands, which way does he go?
I think Dallas will have the lead at some point here in the 4th quarter. Whether they hold off Washington after that, who knows.Dallas got pressure on Campbell early with 2 sacks and Washington adapted with some quick throws and haven't gotten to him since.I'm tired of the Cowboys looking around for flags. Play football and don't worry about the refs.

Watching this now - the Boys must have been dominated on the line early, because it looks like they have abandoned the run here, strange.
