Game Thread W5 - Oakland V San Francisco (1 Viewer)

Walter's made some nice throws, sweet 3rd down strike...is this the week of the rookie QB? Leinart, Walter, Gradkowski looked pretty good..... :jawdrop:

one reason the raiders might be sucking this year: CBS flashed a stat, oakland's avg yards-to-go on 3rd down -- 9.78.

Would love to see LaMont build on last week.....:praying:
How does Gore look? Will M. Robinson vulture carries?
Well SF has only had one drive so far, but Gore was running people over for 10-12 yard plays. They did key on him more after the first few plays and he did get completely stuffed on his goal line carry (from like the 7), at which point Robinson got a shot; got like 3 yards and then the TD pass.SeaBass kicks a FG for the Raidas after 3 ineffective plays. Too bad, I was hoping for a shootout.

looked like a helmet to helmet hit on walter, then uncecessary roughness, defender ripping his helmet off...no call...welcome to the NFL, rook!

Wow, Routt steps right in front of Bryant and gets an INT.

Walters throws a pass to Moss in the end zone......!

And Moss drops it. Yeah, he really cares.

WR's are dropping some easy ones. Thought Williams should have been able to pull in the last one.

What a chach, Moss is. God, why do I have to start him? Because I know even if he doens't care, he has enough talent to score touchdowns.

Lamont with a long gain, keep running him, Art!!!!! 7 yards per carry so far today.

Thanks but no need to be a chach about it. :sadbanana:

walter floating passes, kinda dainty, looking pretty raw after looking sharp on his first few throws
To be fair, Raiders receivers seem to be allergic to the ball. Gore has been running really well so far. I'm just waiting for the inevitable fumble. :boxing:

who's the fat, greasy-haired homeless guy wearing the head set and the giant white raiders sweatshirt on the sideline?

4 and 1, have Alex Smith run = dumb. 4 and 1, have Michael Robinson run = ineffective. How about giving Gore a shot. Duh.

They gave Gore a shot a few games back and he fumbled a few times. I guess they've lost faith in him.

GB taking the short yardage away from Gore and having Robinson and Alex Smiff be equally ineffective.

TD Randy Moss. I don't get it, he drops the braindead easy catch and then makes a solid grab with his knees.

man are folks down on Gore or what? Read the entire thread above, not a word about him (for the most part) in a positive light...yet the dude has 13 for 74 rushing (not to mention 2 for 29 receiving).

What is up with that? Numbers alone, that looks like pretty consistent play. Why no love?

Man I love the numbers as long as he doesn't fumble the ball. :banned:
