Game Thread W5 - Washington v NY Giants (1 Viewer)

Portis just threw that last block w/ his right shoulder only... he would've at least used his left hand if his shoulder wasn't hurting him

What in the heck is wrong with the Skin passing game? The Giants have given up tons of passing yards the last few weeks, Brunell's been on fire. This week nothing??

The Redskins have just been outplayed on both sides of the ball by the Giants. The Giants have successfully exploited the weak Redskin secondary for medium and long gains throughout the game, and have a lopsided edge in total yardage. If they had not hurt themselves with a few penalties earlier the Giants would be further ahead.

4 minutes left, Giants driving, Redskins down by 13 points and using timeouts now. Honestly, this game is over.

Schockey is pissing me off. what a waste of a pick. :wall:
Shockey is a WORTHLESS POFS. I can't believe I started him over Winslow. Go back to Florida you long-haired tattooed loser. And Portis needs to go back to wearing goofy costumes ## it.

Wow, this has been bad.

I don't know what it is but I'm about ready to say don't ever play your 'Skins players when they play @ Giants. For some reason they always seem to come up small at the Meadowlands. :yucky:

Portis last was seen on the sideline being examined by trainers yet once again (not sure if it was his shoulder or not). Betts was on the field for the Skin's last two or three series.

:goodposting: For those that saw it, was it just a case of "one of those games"?
No fellow "my game is tight because I started Brunell" brothers out there?
I started Brunell over Alex Smith, and now I need Todd Heap to outscore Jason Elam by 3 points. :ptts:The looked flat from the get-go, just like they did last year when they got crushed 36-0. I don't know what it is about the Meadowlands, but there's no other venue that brings out the worst in Joe Gibbs' teams that that one. It was a total team collapse. I will say that based upon what I was seeing the Giants were definitely playing better defense than they had been.
