Game Thread W7 - St.Louis V Seattle (1 Viewer)

bad coaching could cost us this game. why not do a quick snap to hassebeck? its one inch for christ sake. handing it off to a light weight running back 3 yards behind the line of scrimmage. who ever called that play should be spanked.

Obomanu just gave up on a deep ball down the left sideline that he could have run under. Not cool. He hesitated instead of sprinting.

Home town fans are already booing Alexander loudly. 8 carries and 21 yards isn't getting it done. Lots of people out there in denial, but its becoming more and more evident that Alexander is done as a superstar without gaping holes to run through.

He's actually running harder today. I think he actually fell forward on one play. The boos are a lot quieter today so far. And they're cheering him when he runs well. Had a 10 yarder called back too.

I agree he's trying, but I think he lacks the physical skills. Not sure he was ever a "great" RB. Just had a monster O-line. Now he's being exposed as a plodder.

I was not one of the fans out here hoping they would sign him. I think having a running back that has to be taken out on PASSINg plays is too much of a liability. Everyone is wondering why Holmgren's play calling is too predictable. A big part of that predictability is directly related to the fact that SA comes running to the sideline on passing plays.

I think SA is a servicable running back. They are just too predictable, everyone knows when they're going to run, everyone knows when they're going to pass. Seattle has the worst poker face in the NFL, and his name is Shaun alexander.

If I was the seattle coach, I'd just leave SA's ### out there. MAKE HIM LEARN TO BLOCK AND CATCH. If they would have done that years ago, by now, he'd either know how to block and catch, or he wouldn't be here.

I commented on it already, but its really worth saying again. The Rams O-line is horrid. Bulger's wife needs to take a huge life insurance policy.

Daryl Tapp could become a special pass rusher. With him and Peterson out there, oof.
Tapp was a brilliant pick which I really liked. Watched him play at Va Tech and he has great upfield push and strength. This defense has played well this year. If only we had a running game.

Hey Linehan, thats why you don't throw every down!!!!!

Bulger is NOT mobile. He ends up costing you yardage with offensive penalties by your line and his inability to get out of the way of anything. I swear my 8 year old son could sack him!

Does Tapp really look that good, or does the Rams pair of tackles look that bad? I'm not saying your wrong, but I'm asking if its a possibility.

Today it's both but all season he's looked pretty good.
