Game Thread W8 - Philadelphia V Minnesota (1 Viewer)

Now why wasn't that Intentional Grounding?

In the pocket, Threw way out of bounds to avoid the sack, Closest player was in the middle of the End zone??

Silver lining for us Viking fans....

We could be Rams or Dolphin fans.. :goodposting:

or a fan of the team that was not only suppose to win the NFC Central, but represent the NFC in the super bowl. :pickle:

Hint to the announcers.. I don't care who the QB is.. With the pass "protection" our OL gives you'd have to be Manning or Brady to succeed.

Not that we had much hope, but that Brooks is one smart QB.. No Time outs, throw to the middle of the field..

Kinda funny.....right around the time Adrian Peterson is really, REALLY hitting his stride in the NFL is right about the time the Pack will be choosing between Aaron Rodgers or a box of rocks for their QB1 job. I'm not sayin', I'm just sayin'.

There is ebb and there is flow in the NFL. Everybody outside of Winter Park knew that 2007 was basically a "rebuilding year" for the Vikings. We could go 0-16 in 2007....but this season was still a success for me via the #7 OA selection in the 2007 NFL Draft. Had we instead gone Brady Quinn and then drafted something named "Brandon Jackson" in the second, the Vikings future would not be nearly as bright. :lmao:

BTW, FWIW, why the HECK didn't the Pack draft Greg Olsen when they had the chance? Just another in a LONG list of horrible draft-day decisions by the Packers in recent history.

This is what you are hanging your hat on? :lmao:

Beats hangin' your hat on a :lmao: smilie, no? Got anything intelligent to add to this conversation, or is that all you've got? I think I already know the answer to that question though.

Packers are going to be hanging their hat on defense around the time that Peterson starts to hit his stride. you're right about Olsen though. guy has been OFF THE CHARTS so far this season.

A 3-year plan to do what? He is 3-13 in the past 16 games and he's in the middle of year two.
