What are the guys watching it looking for? Tears? Just kind of funny, "Does he look like he's in pain?!"Queens punt --- touchback.Announcers still suck.

I would look for laughing and high fives vs being on crutches, arm in a sling, etc.But thanks anways, jackasz.

Culpepper is just laughing and talking with Mixon and some of the other players, doesn't look in much pain at all.As for Frerotte, he had two 72 yard throws, otherwise it's been dumping it off to Moe every other play. He looks decent as a backup, but I wouldn't want him as a starter.

The sideline reporter for the Viqueens radio network had a discussion with Daunte and Daunte said he's in a lot of pain and can barely life his leg, but hopes to be ready for practice this week.

I'll use small words so that even you can understand.I cannot see this game and was looking for some info. Sometimes the initial injury diagnosis is bad -- e.g. "arm injury" is really a collarbone injury, etc. Or, a coach like Shanny will lie about the true nature of the injury.You definitely do not "get" the intention of these gameday posts: Guys who are watching the game keep the rest of us up to date with the small stuff that doesn't make the highlights, ticker, etc.This is my last entry in this pissing match.

Culpepper laughin on the sidelines. That's a good sign. Other than being heaivly wrapped up, I dont see any reason why he wont be back for the 49ers next week. How he plays with heavy wrapping or a flak jacket? Who knows? But I would say this would hurt his value as a running QB. But, again, I stress, Culpepper wouldnt be laughing on the sidelines if he was going to be out for an extended period of time. The guy is too much of a competitor.I rally believe if the game got close, he'd go back in today.-
