If the Jets release Favre, would they still have to give up 3 1st rd pix?

If they trade him to another team, and they to the Vikings, 3 pix still apply?

And the big one NO ONE is talking about, if he does play with the JETS, does the Madden curse still apply if he's in a GB uniform on the cover?

The Madden curse has already happened in this case. Favre tired to retire and the curse undid what he wanted and dragged him back into the game but not with the Packers.
