On a serious note, how did this board really manage to purge LHUCKS. Maybe he's still here, taking on the life of MaxThreshold or someone equally annoying with a targeted schtick, but it's been impossible to truly ban people that didn't want to leave in the past. How?

Of course, no one is perma banned if they don't want to be. But the LHUCKS personality is definitely gone from these boards.

I'm not cliqued in here at all but I've been around a long time. So was LHUCKS someone on the board and there was a handshake agreement to not out that person if they just went away or what? That's the only way I could really see this happening.

There was no one to out. LHUCKS was his own man. He got permabanned and if he came back, he's assumed an entirely new persona.

Lhucks tell was trolling Big10 football game threads. He couldn't help himself. Haven't seen that level of trolling since that he was banned. Hard to believe the guy stopped posting here though.

 
Even with the tepid recovery we are due for a recession. Economic growth has been pretty stagnant.

China, energy, and tech pulled us out of the recession. Energy is getting hammered, China's engine has come down to earth, and the cracks in the tech bubble are starting to show even in the Bay Area.

Hopefully it won't be too bad.
