Anyone know the procedure for getting stolen property back after a federal trial is concluded where it was evidence? Googling found numerous state procedures but can't seem to find something official for the feds. Do we need to get the prosecutor to sign off and file it with a clerk somewhere like I'm seeing for state procedures?
