Getting weird texts from ex-employer.. (1 Viewer)

I also forgot to mention that one of the other former employees (who has some legal battles brewing with the guy), has filed a restraining order against him and barred him from sending anymore texts.

 
Maybe this is the reasoning behind "43".....

The Missouri Revised Statute that establishes the Highway Patrol Department is Chapter 43.

That is pretty vague, though as that chapter contains all of the laws pertaining to the Hwy Patrol's policies, authority and procedures.

I'll give it a shot. The picture appears to cut off the left side of the barcode, though. It looks like it is from the bottom of a document of somekind. Likely some government document, actually.

Well, the three "poop" texts are still completely unsolved, and I'm really at a loss as to why on the barcode.

I'm quite certain this isn't the case. I'm not the only one and those that have followed up or replied get the idea that their texts weren't errors.He is meaning to do this. He thinks he is Columbo or something solving some great mystery that no one else can solve and he is trying to bait me into making a mistake by rattling me with "evidence". After spending 8 months with him in a similar state of mind, I can assure you this is what it is going on.

This is exactly my plan of action. I haven't responded to any texts from him since I was fired on October 15th.I think the heat is coming down on him from several other sides. I have agreed to testify in a couple of cases against him by another former employee, so maybe this is in reaction to seeing me on a list of potential witnesses or something. I don't know and I don't care. Dude is nuts....I will be avoiding him as much as possible, but some of these ex-employee things need my testimony and I'm not going to leave them hanging.

One is an unemployment hearing where the disagreement is between whether it was reasonable for the employee to refuse to meet with the owner in a warehouse alone where the only other person in the building was his wife. She was claiming she didn't feel safe in that setting and wanted to meet elsewhere. He claimed she was refusing to comply with a direct order and that was grounds for termination and has denied her unemployment. I would be testifying to her reasonableness in feeling unsafe.The other is a liable/slander case. He has sent numerous e-mails and had converations with outside parties accusing this former employee of stealing and intentionally sabotaging his business. I would just testify as to what he told me about her after she was fired.

You should probably do this as well...Couldn't you guys all get together and file a huge lawsuit against him? I don't know how the law works in that regard...

Its been discussed a bit.There were some disconnection issues as everyone was fired on seperate occassions and for different "reasons". Some people were pitted against each other while on the job, so there was some distrust for a while, but I think that is going away. I've had two people who were fired after me, call and apologize for thinking ill of me based on what whacko owner was saying. They now know it was BS, but at the time thought I was guilty. The first one fired (my original boss) took the brunt of it for about 7 months and was not happy with all of us still employed there for that time.
 
At what point should we be concerned and look at reporting you missing? Just trying to plan ahead here for the inevitable.

 
This would be a great opportunity for a "Jayrod's Ex-Boss" alias that just runs around posting "poop" in a bunch of threads. ;)
