Guys, I usually don't get into the political stuff around here, but how absolutely frightening would a Trump vs. Hillary scenario be?
i doubt either one will be the nominee. just a hunch
Hillary is -700 to win the nomination. If you feel strong about your hunch, why wouldn't you be unloading on her to lose?
have you tried my famous Carne Adavada recipe?

2lbs pork shoulder, cut into stew sized chunks

8-10 New Mexico dried chili pods

1/2 T dried oregano

1/4 T garlic powder

2-3 tsp salt

2 cups water

season the meat a bit with salt and pepper, set aside

discard the stems off the chili pods, put all pods into saucepan with the 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. let boil for a minute or two and then turn off, set aside and let cool down some.

transfer chilis and water to a blender or food processor and puree, adding the oregano, garlic and salt. test for saltiness to taste, should be fairly salty. After pureed, strain the seeds and pulp, reserve the red chili liquid.

in a large dutch oven or frying pan, brown the pork on med hi heat., add the sauce, bring to a bubble, cover and turn heat down to simmer. Simmer for 2 hrs.

serve on a plate with refried beans and spanish rice, with sour cream and warmed corn tortillas on the side. Enjoy.

GM you can also play with the guys in the poker thread if you get the itch. They usually set up some small tourneys and play for real money ($25 is standard I think) and settle via schmay-schmal

I played awhile back and it was fun but don't really get the time to play much (translation: my wife doesn't let me play)
Yeah, I'd like to do that, but I'm usually only free after 10pm and that's too late for most non-west coasters. :kicksrock:
There are often games started at 12 or 1 eastern

i'm interested in a scuba trip.......
I ordered this today.

To repair the pool was going to cost me three grand, so I ordered the above and will get a tub of underwater grout/adhesive stuff, save a grand and have a wonderful new toy/

Still trying to figure out how to drink beer underwater.

My wife turns 45 in a couple of weeks but that isn't the real story. What's really cool is that a month or so ago she has seemed to have started menopause. She's constantly fanning herself like some stereotypical black woman that has caught the vapors. First person to bump off Mother Nature for this injustice will be handsomely rewarded.
This ain't necessarily a bad thing, Bob. One of my wives went through it. While it was happening, it wasn't fun for her (or me), but afterwards......no more periods and her sex drive increased.

Sup, fellas. I'm entering the 30 hour or so of some bull #### flu. No stomach problems but aches and chills from hell. Got out of bedths AM at 4 literally shivering. Lasted for about 20 minutes. Now on the pound me in the ### so I don't wake up the wife.

Going to be packed at this point. Should have planned better.

How about Red's back porch on Lamar? They don't open until 11, but they serve brunch and should not be nearly as crowded

Reading restaurant reviews online is frustrating. No matter how highly a place is rated, it still seems like at least a third of the reviews complain about poor service and/or bad food.
