Going to Colombia in a few days (1 Viewer)

Headed to Colombia on business for 10 days this Thursday.  7 days in Bogota and 3 days in Cartagena.

Any tips on things to do and restaurants would be appreciated.  I'm single so advice on where the hot, classy women are would be appreciated.

ETA:  Not into prostitution.

Spent a few weeks in Cartagena but forgot the names of most bars/restaurants.  I remember Cafe Havana being a great bar for mojitos with a good mix of foreign/local patrons.  There was also a touristy but fun outdoor bar to catch the sunset and hang out at night.  Think it was called Cafe Del Mar.  I had the most fun taking private boats and exploring the Rosario Islands.  It's beautiful out there.  I will warn you that Colombian girls are a little more reserved than most other South American countries I visited.  Not nearly as fun as Brazilian girls. You'll have to work a little and have money. Very Miami influenced.

Cartagena in the city itself isn't that unsafe.

Stick to the artsy/touristy areas though.

MUST eat at Cocina De Pepina - thank me later.  Best restaurant on the planet IMO

Can we get there in your car?

Who told you I had a car?

The men in the village.

They told you I had a car? They are such comedians. They meant my little mule: Pepe.

How does that movie not make it higher on classic films of all time?  Does anyone NOT think of that movie anytime you hear anything about Cartagena?

Went to Bogota for work last year. This place is the only restaurant I remember: http://www.andrescarnederes.com/es/foto Was very popular 4 level steak house. Fun atmosphere.

Didn't get to see too much of the city. Felt safe the entire time but was also being toured around by people we were working with.

Don't get the Zika!
