On one hand that sounds like the most BS police state reason ever to get stopped but also just look at him, ofcourse he’s on drugs.The group was “behaving erratically with flashlights” — such as Weiss shining a light in his own face — and the officers suspected they might be under the influence of alcohol or drugs

i honestly can't think of a cheaper anti-drug message then just showing pictures like this of meth addicts. Seems so easy to convince people that maybe this isn't something they want to spend too much time with
