Per Seattle Times/Rotoworld:

The Seahawks are expected to make rookie WR Golden Tate more involved in the offense going forward. We should hope so. After being inactive in Week 1, Tate had a 52-yard catch and a 63-yard punt return in Week 2. "We'll figure out how to make him a part of the offense and really in the kicking game as well as much as we can," coach Pete Carroll said.
who gets bumped off the depth chart?Deon Butler/ BMW?

Possibly Obomanu. No way Butler or BMW get bumped, they have both been solid all things considered. Butler is looking like the best WR on the team right now.

Tate has been ahead of Obomanu from the start of training camp/week 1.

Considering Obomanu was active last week, while Tate was inactive....no, he hasn't. Tate has a lot of athletic ability, but runs really sloppy routes. If you have watched any of the games this season (including preseason) Carrol and Bates have been reluctant to put Tate on the field at all, let alone work him in as a real part of the offense and not just a play or two. Again, if you have watched any of the games, you would realize that both BMW and Butler have been a major part of the offense, and have been consistent week in and week out (of course it is all dependent on the offense as a whole). So your question, who does Tate bump off the depth chart? Most likely he will be taking plays away from Obo, and the other option is Branch. He plays a different role than BMW, and Butler runs 100% better routes.
