Even if I thought my friend's kids might've taken it, I'd have just given my kid another $20 bill myself. Not worth risking #### exactly like what happened.

I would also make damn sure I looked in my son's room before I start texting everyone that crossed my threshold if they took it.

If he's the type of friend you'd really get mad at for asking this then hes not that good a friend and you have every right to be a little offended. But its really not a big deal. He probably couldn't find it and was at wits end because his kid was freaking out so he checked with you without thinking it sounded like an accusation.

Took the kids swimming at my buddies house Tuesday. His son was running around with a $20 bill in his hand all day. His son misplaces the money. Today my buddy sends me a text asking if we picked up his sons money when we left. I was furious. He has since found the money in his sons bedroom. He told me I overreacted because I told him I was insulted, and angered by the accusation. On a scale of 1-10 how mad would you be If one of your good friends asked if you took money from his/her house?
