I have never been and this is my first time going. I also have been inquiring about investment properties there but don't know much about the area but did come across one and comes fully furnished and it is a 3BR in a complex that is steps from the Ocean and has a community pool also. The owner is asking 299K US for it. I am thinking that is a good price what are your thoughts. I am running the numbers and just the rental history alone show that it will cover my mortgage and fees and I will eek a small profit in the end. Owner is liquidating it to buy homes in Vegas.

Been there a bunch. Feel free to ask any questions. East end is perfect if you're into diving and not much else. It's very quiet and far from the main tourist spots.

Sounds like a hell of an investment.
