What are the green stickers on the back of all the QB's helmets for?

i think that signifies that there is a microphone in it. Only one player can have a mike. If you put both of your QBs in the game at the same time, only one can have the mike. I think that's what the sticker is for although it could just say "Intel Inside"...

Noticed that sticker in the bills/saints game last night as well. Both teams starting and backup quarterbacks all had them on their helmets...

Just to clarify, it's a radio receiver, not mic. Only 1 QB is allowed on the field with a radio at a time. Therefore, if a second QB enters the game he must change helmets.
