So whats the chances of him playing (and playing well) this week? Picked him off waivers from an owner who let him go for Ward. Does he have a chance to post good PPR numbers as at least a WR3 going forward?

He'll get his chances. Sounds like he could have played last week, but was held out. More than likely to see what James Jones could do. I think we'll see him in the line up this week. That being said, hamstrings make me nervous.
