Hairy chested men - get in here! (1 Viewer)

i have a hairy chest.

My problem is that most modern day athletic tee shirts and golf polos are made from microfiber material. They look great, but my chest hair makes little bumps in the shirt. It looks like bugs are crawling on me.

It doesn't matter if I shave it down or let it grow full ape.

How do you hairy gorillas deal with this?

I live in Florida so a tee shirt under a tee shirt is out of the question.

This doesn't work

Next time you release the kraken, lay on your back and aim for the chest. Smear that mongoose juice all over that chisel chest til it firms to a smooth rock hard breastplate of impenetrable masculinity.

Pop on your microfiber shirt (and collar) with newfound confidence.

I had a thick mane of hair on my neck for all my shaving life and would constantly get ingrown hairs. About 10 years ago I did three rounds of laser treatment and **boom** no more neck hair and no more ingrown hairs. During the process the lady that did it said men get their entire bodys done so my point is if it bothers you immensely you could try laser removal. It works like a charm. It was my wifes friend and she charged $200 for 3 (maybe 4) sessions. It hurts like a mother but it is crazy effective.

I actually had my back and arm hair lasered off in '04. Took 2 years of treatments and cost me $4k.

Hurt like a mother. I remember each session having about 2000 pulses!

Have you scheduled the next round of surgery yet?

I go the extra step and wear v-neck t-shirts frequently. A friend's girlfriend told me a few months ago that my friend (who is similarly hairy-chested) told her that he wished he could pull off the hairy-chest look like yours truly. Just gotta own it, man.

I don't mind it. It just bothers me when I see the little bumps through the shirt.I think I posted a pic of myself shirtless somewhere in the FFA. Lemme see if I can find it.

Kinda looks like a firebird from a 70s trans Am. Very magnum PI if I do say so myself!

My collar bone sticks out quite a bit so I shave off stray hairs and the trail that goes to my neck. I knock down the chest hair (clipper number 2 or 3) when it starts to puff out the shirt.

Also try going up a size or trying a different brand. I'm not sure who these companies are making clothes for but apparently their shoulders are as wide as their head, shoulder to elbow is 2 inches (according to the long sleeve sizes, the rest of their arm looks a javelin though) and their thighs are the size of a forearm.

Polo, tennis and rugby shirts are all still pretty nice and thick enough that it doesn't look like you're made of worms. I am a really be fan of some of the short sleeve rugby shirts. The heavy ones will last forever too.

Don't forget to buy a nice old chain to dangle in that chest hair.
