Hank Basket - Sleeper Alert? (1 Viewer)

I was listening to Sirisu Fantasy Sports Radio yesterday and one of the guests was pimping Hank Basket as a 2H sleeper pickup (he's availalbe in most redraft leagues, but probably not in many dynasty leagues).

Childress will definately go out of his way to demonstrate that the Vikes still have the deep threat capability without Moss and Basket has always earned plaudits for understanding Childress' system. Chilly wants to keep Harvin in the slot as he is built in big play strikes into the offense with Harvin working the slot. Rice is still weeks away from contributing. Chilly knows that downfield threats are needed to maximize AP's running lanes.

Hank Baskett may finally get the opportunity to show his considerable skills in a feature role.

He's unowned in all 14 of my leagues including 12 dynasties, and they all had a Wed night WW (last night). No one I know is buying into sleeper value for TisketTasket.I would, however, possibly take a look at Shiancoe, Lewis, Berrian (Camarillo?) if desperate for a one week play. Shiancoe beyond one week also. These would all be ahead of Baskett for me.

I think Berrian is probably your best hope for a Vikings WW sleeper IMO. He looks to be the guy Favre turns to most often when Harvin isn't there. But I wouldn't even go there unless I was really desperate.

Actually i don't want to be mean to him because he seems pretty good to her and vice versa so i think that is cool but he has had some difficult times on the field and hopefully things will turn aruond for him so that he can remain a paid player and support his child and have a happy household and not resort to wiener texting. I guess in the end compared to John Edwards II favre he is a pretty decent guy and i should not have disrespected him under the Golden Rule set forth by the Code of my man man Hammurabi.

Hey he is owned in 2 keeper leagues that I'm in (although these have large rosters).

He was crap with Indy, but showed promise with the Eagles and Chilly mentioned him by name as someone to handle deep routes yesterday in an interview. And he does have a very hot wife
