Has K. Boller figured it out? (1 Viewer)

For those of you saying Boller has improved, do you think it is his maturation OR a combination of:

Boller finally getting healthy

Utilizing Mason the way he needs to

Emergence (and health) of Clayton

I do not think Boller has "improved" that much, but rather the above three factors.
A healthy Heap also helps

You are right on. I missed that. How about, "the four factors are most of the reason Boller has "improved"?

All of those above plus improved o-line play, despite missing a couple of starters. He didn't have a jailbreak coming at him every down and it was like the coaching staff suddenly said, "You know, we have Heap, Mason and Clayton. We could run an offense like everybody else does!"Given a little time and confidence, Boller's accuracy has also improved. Sure, he can throw the bomb but his swing passes to Lewis and Taylor and the outs and short stuff over the middle were also on target the last two games. I thought I'd never see that.

also, any coincidence that his "breakout" comes when the running game is at its lowest? What happens in 2006? A renewed emphasis on the running game or let Boller continue to air it out?
