For several years I have used Under Armour Record. It tracked my steps, tracked when I went to sleep and woke up as well as allowed to record when I was working out. It also had options for diet and weight that I didn't use. Well now they are no longer updating that app and it's going offline. Anyone have any good recommendations? I am not looking for apps with workout routines, just something simple to track my sleep, steps and workouts in 1 spot. And no, I don't own a smart watch.
