Heap (1 Viewer)

Heap looks to be a game time decision. Any Heap owners planning to roll the dice on him despite the uncertainty?

They said he is most likely playing..

Todd Heap (questionable, hamstring) returned to practice for the Ravens on Saturday and is expected to start in Week 9.

We won't know for sure until before game time Monday night, but the signs point to Heap being active. Whether he'll make it through the entire game remains to be seen, but we'd wait for him if you can grab Quinn Sypniewski at the last minute. Heap's matchup is good and indications are he'll play. this is just like a few weeks ago when he came back and left in the 1st quarter...

I saw that but I've been burned before on such reports regarding Heap. I've enjoyed the luxury of having Shockey too but he's on by this week and I'm left with the prospect of V Shiancoe. Blech.

I'm benching him in 2 leagues for Scaife & Scheffler this week. I may end up regretting it but I just don't think he'll be very effective even if he does play.

No. I have Heath Miller as my other TE. Since they both play Monday night, I can actually swap them up until 5 minutes prior to gametime. But the fact is, I can't risk Heap coming in and playing two plays and going out again. I'll take my chances with Miller.

I was hoping for a few more votes of confidence so I could feel better about starting Heap, dumping Shiancoe and using the slot for a nice sleeper WR. But I'm not going to do it . . . and then I'm going to kick myself on Tuesday morning when Shiancoe scores 2 pts!

I droped him last week when I needed to pick up a TE for a bye week. Glad I don't have to deal with him anymore.

I dropped him this week. I am tired of dealing with him and I have Witten and King. I am glad I no longer have to think about him.

I am rolling the dice. I think Heap will play it is really a question of how long he plays until he has to leave the game.

My other option is Owen Daniels who is also injured with a high ankle sprain. I might as well go with Heap and see what he can do since I am not expecting much out of Daniels if he plays anyway.

My waiver wire is picked clean so I don't really feel like dropping anyone for a filler TE this week.

I got tired of that roller coaster as well. Dealt him a couple weeks back for Olsen and it won the game for me that week and I've never looked back. Heap can be a STUD when healthy, but exceedingly frustrating when he's not.
