Help Identifying an Artist (Painting) (1 Viewer)

I think I might have one of those Antique Roadshow finds. Found this painting in a thrift store. It is 24" X 36", very well framed and (I think) a very nice quality painting. The signature is a very clear and bold "CONRAD" but unfortunately that's such a generic search term that I am not having any luck finding out who the artist is. I also searched for the tag numbers to no avail.

Any help identifying the artist would be greatly appreciated.

Well it is nicely framed. The clothing looks like late 19th century maybe early 20th? Stab in the dark Conrad Kiesel. He was a German artist who mainly painted young women in that time period. The painting looks like his kind of work but I can't verify how he signed his work.
