I won my leaugues 1 overall pick and the got offered the number 3 overall pick to go with it the draw of two stud rbs was to much to pass on despite giving up way to much ! I get my 3rd rounder (pick 25) then don't get one till the 6th! My question if how should I approach this ? Do I take Brady/Rodgers or grab someone different threre

You are missing way too much information to answer this question. I assume redraft and that you have pick 1.01, 1.03, 3rd round, 6th round, etc... Are you asking who to take with the 1.03 pick or what? Very confusing. 2 QB league, starting requirements? roster sizes? Number of Teams? PPR?
Essentially take the BPA available at each of your picks and don't worry about anything else. You essentially are missing a 4th and 5th round pick because after 3 rounds you will have three players. You just better make your 6-12th round picks really count because they need to make up for not having picks 4 & 5. That is where you should focus your worry at this point.

is this a rookie draft? is this a redraft? keeper? dynasty? do you already have players? does your league have scoring? number of teams, positional requirements? etc, etc, etc.

Nah, guy has 1.01, 1.03. 3.01 and then 6.12 on. Sounds like he's locked into 2 of Elliot/DJ/Bell with the two first rounders and wants 3.01 advice.
I think I'd rather go WR here and play QBBC, because while you might be able to hit 1 WR WW darling, you're not going to be able to fill all the WR slots.

Sorry for being so general I thought post was long enough as is. But Gawain siffted through garbage well but what to do with 6/7 turn is tricky to we do have a flex and only worry start 2 wr ( why I thought I could pull off deal plenty of ok not great opitions there ( 12 team leaugue ) non ppr to complicate it I don't have my 8th red pick etherand Qb scoring is high ( 6 td only on -2 for int) so waiting on Qb could be brutel
