I’m starting the Packers. You can choose who you want.

My theory on picking defenses. There is no way to pick a defense in fantasy. I just try to pick a favored team with a good run game to waste the clock. Works pretty well for me.

just play whatever D against a bad 0, works pretty well for me. I'm starting the Philly D this week(in my league). I had also picked up the Bengals earlier this year but the Giants might not actully be as horrible as they were last year/early this year. Don't really trust the Raiders D anymore. Chi MIGHT be the D to play this week since it's a good unit and the Lawrence is bi-polar.

The scoring system makes a big difference in choosing a defense.
Since I don't know what yours is like, I would suggest the Bills defense because they are playing the worst offense listed. Maybe the Raiders 2nd

Not really any great choices in the bunch but in the end it really depends on the scoring system. Can you go big negative? Is it just about sacks & turnovers? I probably rank them this way assuming it's just about sacks and turnovers and there are no chances to go big negatives if you give up a lot of yards/points:

1. Bills
2. Packers
3. jax
4. Raiders
5. Ravens
6. Bengals
7. Giants
8. Browns
