I have an iPhone from a deceased relative. This phone is probably about 4 years old.
The phone is displaying the message, "iPhone is Disabled. Connect to iTunes."
I don't have the password.
I don't need to recover anything on the phone, just want to wipe it clean and start fresh.
I have not had iTunes on any of our computers for many years, and obviously never used iTunes with this phone.
I've spent about an hour Googling this, without success. Most solutions assume you have iTunes or assume you need to recover your stuff, neither of which applies to me.
Is there a way to unlock and reset this phone without having to download and install iTunes on one of my computers?
thanks FBGs
