I don't like to complain, but the ? is a bit obnoxious.  Plus, the middle  ? circle isn't centered within the blue circle, so it's doing wonders for my OCD.

It would make more sense if it actually did something. But it doesn't perform any function. Do we really need a HELP bubble on every page of the site? What kind of help do they think we need in a thread about running a 5K or watching Otis go off his diet.

It provides no service to us. It just violates privacy as the zendesk tracker follows you from site to site across the internet. And it's ugly.

We already have a search function, which is still broken. This is just adding stupidity on top of that.

But now we have more. More is always better.

Hey Guys, Wanted to give an update. Sorry for the commotion there - the Help button was part of something we're doing new this year. We've finally upgraded to a real live help desk system with Zendesk. It's a way to have a real organized system for dealing with help stuff instead of the old hacked together way we used to do it which wasn't good for anyone. 

We're removing the button and replacing it with something on the FBG content pages that we think can be better. Thanks.
