He's certainly a great lottery ticket. The tired comment gives me pause a little bit. Because that just seems reminiscent of the the McNabb situation to me. If I recall correctly, and somebody correct me if I'm wrong here, the McNabb decline started with him not being in shape enough to run the two minute offense.

I watched the game closely (dont own either guy but live in DC area). Helu ran well enough, but really his runs were big holes that he took the yardage given and in some cases prob could have benefited from better cuts/angles. He didnt outshine THT by any real stretch so I would say he needs an injury or at best he is just gonna see closer to a split load. THT runs hard as hell, nothing new there, so I just cant imagine a team sitting a guy down unless he starts spitting out the ball.

Hightower did still get 20 carries, so the sky isn't falling yet, but it is a bit telling that Hightower was out when the game was on the line. Helu did benefit from great blocking as well, so his numbers are a little inflated by playing against a gassed defense that was giving up the LOS to the Redskins offensive line.
