Hernandez convicted of first-degree murder; found deceased in his cell. (1 Viewer)

[SIZE=10.5pt]Some inconsistent reports so far in the investigation. Yesterday, the reports were that the body was dumped. Today, the report is the victim was shot multiple times where the body was found. Man suing Aaron Hernandez for shooting is convicted drug dealer

While Aaron Hernandez has plenty of legal issues at the moment, the man who's suing the Patriots tight end for allegedly shooting him in the face has some legal problems of his own.

As CBS Boston points out, Alexander Bradley, who lost his right eye in the February incident in which he says Hernandez shot him in the face, is a convicted drug dealer.

Bradley, who re-filed his $100,000 lawsuit against Hernandez this week after it was dismissed because of a paperwork mistake, says the two were riding in a car together and that Hernandez aimed a gun at Bradley. Then, the gun allegedly went off, leading to the loss of Hernandez's eye.

But in 2006, Bradley was sentenced to five years in prison for selling drugs, though that sentence was suspended after 18 months.

This past April, two months after the alleged confrontation he had with Hernandez, Bradley was arrested and charged with burglary, disorderly conduct, assault and criminal mischief.

That case remains ongoing.
Wow. Bet Aaron didn't see that coming.
I'm an eye-for-an-eye kind of person, so that first shooting incident is ok in my book. We still need to get to the bottom of Lloyd's shooting, though.

I read the neighbors heard shots (but didn't call the police) and some video caught AH and 2 others arriving home minutes later. Maybe it was a neighbors surveillance video? Who knows at this point whats true...how many times have we heard a warrant was out for his arrest?

What caliber bullet would you need to use that could be heard from a mile away? And unless the neighbors were outside at 3AM, it would need to be loud enough to wake them up.

Don't know anything about guns, but at that time of night, a noise like that would probably travel a long distance. Here's the quote:

"Sources said there was video evidence of Hernandez and two other men wearing hooded sweatshirts walking into Hernandez's home within minutes of neighbors hearing gunshots between 3 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. Monday morning. The sources said neighbors did not report the shots right away"

Rich neighborhood. Maybe the detectives were smart enough to get neighbors security footage. Maybe it had sound and they were able to determine the exact time of the shooting. Also, there may be other video evidence that has them arriving home minutes after that time. In short, they know more than we do.

I'm sure they'll be visited by some thugs as well

Sorry if this information has already come out here..

But I heard that both his home seurity system and cell phone have been intentionally destroyed..

I assume he had a servalance system backed up to hard drive that needed to be destroyed to eliminate incriminating evidence.. And I guess there might have been incriminating evidence on his phone? GPS?

North Attleborough must be the slowest warrant producers in the entire country.

.......still waiting.

Was this a love triangle gone bad? As in Hernandez also likes tight ends? Serious question.
Serious answer...No.

How many love triangles, straight or otherwise, do you see multiple people involved with murder? If the guy ended up dead and no one but Hernandez and his fiancee were around...maybe. However, the guy doesn't seem like he'd be into other dudes to me.

Ian Rappaport saying he read AH's contract through twice, and it is missing the normal "failure to report" clause on his $2.5m guaranteed bonus that would let the team not pay it to him if he was suspended. Saying they might have to pay it to him regardless of how things go down.

Wow. Thanks. The initial reports said his cell phone was accidentally dropped in the toilet, and he slipped and broke his security system. I'm starting to think he may have had something to do with this.

HERNANDEZ SUMMARY

So many different repots have come out that I figured I’d offer my own paraphrased version. Many things (old and new) have come to light. We’ll start from oldest to most recent.

While Hernandez was still in college he was investigated regarding a shooting (nothing happened.)

He has been busted several times on marijuana charges.

Draft scouting reports have come out that he was off many team’s boards entirely due to gang related activity.

Hernandez is accused of being in a cab with a man in Florida and shooting that man in the face. That man has filed suit twice and had it dismissed both times. This is because he refused to cooperate with police and tell him WHO shot him. This man is a convicted drug dealer.

Hernandez was involved in an incident in Providence RI. A gun was involved but it wasn’t his. He was mentioned in the police report.

Hernandez was seen leaving a night club with two men and another whom was later murdered. Hernandez was the driver. The car which he rented was at the scene of the murder. The victim died of multiple gunshot wounds. Neighbors reported hearing the shots and seeing Hernandez report home a short time later. Hernandez destroyed his home security system and his cell phone. Cleaning crews were at his home the next day. Search warrants were executed and police left his house with a box containing unknown items. Hernandez tried to get to Gillette stadium but was asked to leave by stadium personel and not return. There have been several reports that an Arrest Warrant had been issued due to Obstruction of Justice due to him being considered a flight risk. This has been confirmed and denied several times now. He has had one sponsorship deal terminated already.

Several unnamed teammates have said that he became more “brazen” after his extension.

My take – This guy is just bad news. He runs with a bad crowd and he obviously makes bad decisions. I have no doubt that he shot that guy in Florida. Drug dealers aren’t ones to run to the cops. I’m sure he was hoping he’d get paid off by Hernandez and when he didn’t cough up the dough he decided to file a suit. He was at the very least present for the murder and will be found as an accessory to murder. He doesn’t play another game.

We’ll see how close I am.

Why not?
Duh. Because he's a football player.

Any mention of shooting the cab driver too?

And I guessed OJ would be found guilty and sentenced to 5 life sentences. Love this legal system eh? All of us woulda been found guilty with a charge of "lack of funds for top notch lawyers in the 1st degree".

I say he is not charged with anything serious enough for prison time, but suspended the entire year by GODell.

Clearly it all depends on how long this drags out, cause if it takes a year from today to be cleared up, even if found not guilty, I can see a 2014 suspension also.

Well we know Ray Lewis pleaded guilty to Obstruction back in 2000 in a double murder, Lewis hid soiled clothes, instructed everyone not to talk, destroyed some other evidence, the cops never found the killers (I think), and Lewis went on to be a two time Champion and likely Hall of Famer.

But that was then, pre Hang`em`High Goodell: But now, just a one year suspension for Obstruction in a murder case? That's it?
