Hernandez convicted of first-degree murder; found deceased in his cell. (2 Viewers)

In prison, Hernandez will be a mantle piece. You are king of the block when he is your #####. Had he gotten bail, I think we would have seen a suicide. For me, this story is officially over. Hernandez won't ever play in the NFL again. All that talent and money, yet he chose to be a thug. Wasteful.
He'll be in solitary for 23hrs/day for years

Reading off of the minute by minute account is impressive. It really goes to show you how much technology is making it a lot tougher to get away with stuff.

I really thought that smashing his phone was kind of silly. If you are doing all this stuff after the fact, it's too late, man.
Or just leave your cell phone at home all night, and claim you never left. Instant alibi!
I know you are kidding, but this case is a great reminder that we/you/me are on camera.

After the charges, I walked down 15th St, to 7th Ave, went in a store, got some bread, and walked back. About 100 yards total. Probably photographed six times, MINIMUM.
Did you shoot anyone 5 times while you were out?

Important to note that prosecution's assertions may not all hold up in court. It's a compelling narrative, but Hernandez isn't yet guilty.

Hope you Junior G-Men put away your badges now. You've really embarrassed yourselves in this thread.

"If the cops had anything, why haven't they arrested him yet, huh? Huh????"

Jesus, they had so much on him, I think the delay was to make sure they had the RIGHT FLAVOR OF GUM HE WAS CHEWING when he capped the poor guy.
Would have laughed very hard at this if it was under different circumstances.
Or if, ya know, someone really said that. massraider likes to pump his chest, and sometimes he gets carried away.
Then you have a bad memory. This thread is littered with people making absurd predictions and statements, based on a warrant not being served fast enough for their taste, for Pete's sake. And that's just one example.

I didn't mention your name, but yeah, if I magically deleted all posts by you, ghost and Kcwhatever, this thread gets a lot more read-able. Better yet, if I could delete the phrase:

Easy there...my comment was in reference to them nailing the flavor of gum...

Ok, so I got to ask. Where and what has happened to the other 2 guys?
Really. How was there no mention of them after they were taken out of Hernandez' house over a week ago.
Probably because they're corroborating witnesses at this time.

I have a suggestion, go someplace else.

Do to your complaints, I'm going to turn up my number of posts, just to piss you off.

Just saying.

He hasn't been found guilty in court. But the odds are astronomically high he killed that guy, and one of the other guys in the car is corroborating all the video/phone/physical evidence IMO.

Aaron Hernandez Charged With Murder, Released By Patriots

Excerpt:

In court Wednesday, the prosecutor recounted the events of June 17, saying Hernandez and two other men picked up Lloyd in Dorchester around 2:30 a.m. in a rented Nissan Altima.

Hernandez was allegedly upset with Lloyd about speaking to someone at Club Rumor in Boston earlier in the weekend and claimed he couldn’t trust him, according to the prosecutor.

The four men drove around Boston, then headed south down Routes 128 and 95 and eventually onto Route 152 in the Attleboro area. During the ride, Lloyd exchanged texts with his sister. The last one was sent at 3:23 a.m.

Surveillance video, according to investigators, showed the car entering a gravel road that leads to a field in an industrial park near Hernandez’s home at 3:23 a.m.

The prosecutor said overnight workers in the park reported hearing gunshots at that time. Surveillance images showed the Nissan leaving the scene at 3:27 a.m.

Hernandez and the two associates then returned to Hernandez’s home less than two minutes away and shut off the surveillance video system, according to investigators.

Lloyd’s body was discovered several hours later – around 5:30 p.m. – by a jogger.

Prosecutors said Hernandez eventually changed cars, disposed of the gun and then destroyed his home surveillance system.

After pleading not guilty at his arraignment Wednesday, the judge ordered Hernandez held without bail.

He blew a kiss to someone in the court before he was led away around 3:20 p.m.

They still have not found the murder weapon right?

I listenend to the arraignment. They basically have full video footage off the 4 guys driving all the way to the industrial site where the muder took place. Overnight workers near site heard 5 gunshots, and shell casings were found at the scene, as well as in the rental car driven by Hernandez. They have video footage after the murder of the men arriving at Hernandez's house with guns clearly visible in hand. They proceed to the basement where the surveillance system is shut off.

The victims last text messages to his sister were, guess who I'm with? she asked who? He responded NFL, then his final text message to her was.......just so you know

I think we havent heard about the other 2 guys with Hernandez because they are probably talking to prosecutors to save their own butts. Still going to be hard to pin murder charge with no weapon, or if no witness throws Hernandez under the bus.

Yep. He looks guilty as hell, but without the murder weapon or a witness to the actual murder, it could be hard to prove without a reasonable doubt in court. Time will tell.

I have no idea what an open and shut case looks like, but this seems like a nice template. A four minute window?? Dang.

Shell casing found under driver's seat in AH rental car. #Hernandez #wcvb
Worst criminal ever.
No joke. What else could AH have possibly done to link himself with the crime? I guess have the dead guy's blood in his house - so hiring the Monday cleaning crew was about the only thing he did right.
That was stupid too. He should have went down to Home Depot and hired all the guys there and not leave a paper trail.

Careful there, Jane. A lot of People around here don't like facts like "he hasn't been found guilty yet" clouding up the circus floor.

On a lighter note, this will make a helluva 30 for 30 someday, no matter how it all shakes out.

I didn't see the point in wild scenarios that had no basis in fact (people were trying to involve the victim's girlfriend??), and the pointless back and forth, kind of like this one, actually. So I will just apologize for engaging in another one and move on. The last word is yours, sir.

Good point. His attorney's name is literally Fee.

That's basically the mob / gang style scenario, where they grab a guy, tie him up in the back seat (or tell him they're going for a ride with him in between two muscleheads), pull him out, do the thing, then leave.

But usually they have the sense to do it somewhere other than their de facto backyard. See Hoffa.

You could see the surprise on Hernandez's face with some of the details they had and how much they know. I like watching him squirm. ####### waste of flesh.
Agreed, he looked pretty shocked how much the police know, the other 2 suspects must have told them everything they want to know.
Delicious wasn't it?

As if your opinion of me could get any worse Larry. Not really my concern.

Hernandez was allegedly upset with Lloyd about speaking to someone at Club Rumor in Boston earlier in the weekend and claimed he couldn’t trust him, according to the prosecutor.
Couldn't trust him with what? Maybe it is as some have been suggesting that Lloyd knew about the shooting in February.

Yep. He looks guilty as hell, but without the murder weapon or a witness to the actual murder, it could be hard to prove without a reasonable doubt in court. Time will tell.
I just don't buy that. They have Hernandez and the victim in the car, driving to the murder site, they have the sound of gunshots, then they have Hernandez leaving the murder site, and going home with a gun in hand, and with bullet casings in the car. Is the defense that they dropped the victim off, and then someone else happened to murder him four minutes later with a caliber of gun that just so happened to match the bullet casings in the car?

Not a lawyer, but it sounds like the best case for the "other two" (including Hernandez if he didn't pull the trigger) is that they get a reduced setences. But they'll still be charged in relation to the murder in some way or other.

Yeah, murder weapon or no murder weapon. The jury will take all of 30 seconds to convict him.

You may not believe this, but no, I have not seen the evidence. But I am going to assume it as a .45 caliber that killed him. And I am going to assume that the shell found in his car is going to match one of the shots that killed him. I am going to further ASSUME that video showing AH with the victim driving into the area where he was killed, and leaving 4 freaking minutes later, will make it to court. I am going to further assume that testimony by people in that area that heard the shots makes it to court as well. As a layman, who doesn't know anything about the law, this looks pretty dang bad to me.

A great deal of the wasted posts in here are that "I am just saying, he is innocent until proven guilty".

Well fine. If everyone concedes that there is still a chance that he didn't do this, and maybe a team of ninjas led by Odin's girlfriend snuck in behind AH with an identical gun, can we just move on?

Talk about manning a sinking ship.

How do you get a fair trial by jury in a case like this? Where do they find a full set of jurors?
