fixed -thanx.I just figure if Joe took the time to write about it, everyone should be able to see what he had to say...After reading the post and having some legal experience let me say this:
First, consult a lawyer. You probably, in fact I say it's guaranteed, won't win your money back should it go to court or anything. But I expect you honestly don't expect it back either.
Second, them using the email distribution list, without permission, can be considered intellectual property infringement. Whatever benefits they receive from using that intellectual property may be taken away and awarded to you.
Third, good luck!!
