What if his fiance and mother of their 3 children doesn't testify. Its too early to know how this will end up, but a suspension is likely.

He's been on IR for a while this year, in fact they might have been 0-7 vs 5-4 on and off the team due to injury, I agree Leroy but they owe him $46M in guarantees at the moment.

That seems very likely and I was thinking the same thing. 

I didn't know he had 3 children with this woman, only makes it worse. Why are they not married? It's a legit question and would help with a psyche profile on one or both of them.
