Hilary is going to jail for e-mail (1 Viewer)

Whoever votes for this lying @@@@@ needs to be locked away in an institution. Can anyone confirm the last time something came out of her pie hole that wasn't a lie

Does anyone know what the actual objective is in this hoopla? Or, are people digging for something in hopes they find some needle in a haystack?

I hear conservative talk radio talk about this and whoop it up like there is major ground breaking secrets to be found. Hillary is under "federal criminal email scam treasonous investigation." They put as many big, scary sounded words in front of this whole thing to attempt making it a fact before anything is found.

I'm no die hard Hillary supporter but this is getting to be rediculous. I guess consider this whole thing exhibit A when it comes to Trump losing. The Republican Party lost its way and it's laughable right now. The Tea Party will be seen, by historians, as some huge pimple that needs to be popped. And, the sooner the better for all Americans.

Make Americs Great Again by ridding yourselves of this looney movement.

She could Reichstag fire the Capitol in broad daylight using Bill's cigar and a stack of her emails while chanting "Benghaz THIS!" and she's not going to jail.

An Obama endorsement is the same as a universal pardon.  It's like God just endorsed Hillary.   Every democrat knows this, to go against the Obama endorsement, taking His name in vain, suggesting you are smarter than Him, is career killer if allegiance to the Democrat party matters for your job.  Nothing regarding Hillarys past or future misdeeds matter anymore.  Only Trump's misdeeds matter.

It's pretty obvious laws were broken.  Especially, when you have people pleading the 5th.  It's just unfathomable how our government apparently collects all kinds of information on innocent Americans, yet stuff seems to just dissapear out of thin air at the highest levels.  The entire strategy is to avoid answering questions, plead the 5th, kick the can down the road, then change the narrative to "how long are they going to keep going after her for this".  It seems to be working like a charm.  They did the same for the IRS scandal, and Fast & Furious.

Okay, what laws exactly? Were they on the book back then or is this some kind of ex post facto type deal since we know more now and are going back saying certain things shouldn't have happened? Just seems like no organization.

If I was Hillary I'd tell everyone my servers were more secure than the state departments.  That's just from knowing what I know about government computer systems.

Never mind, she didn't do anything wrong.  It must have been a computer glitch, and the Republicans are making a huge fuss about nothing to try and drag her down.

The fact that some people still think she has done nothing wrong and this is some big conspiracy is mind blowing.

These people are not only allowed to vote, they are allowed to have children.

This country is ####ed.

Republicans certainly aren't doing their job confirming any federal judges.  They have to have something to do and that usually means attacking minorities and women.

Dude, come on.  Stop watering down your value on this board (which is a good positive) with this crap. Seriously.

This stems from the never-ending Benghazi. Much like the never-ending Kenneth Starr stuff led to lies about BJs. Eventually something sticks.

Are we more or less certain of Hillary going to jail over emails than we are about Obama being born in Kenya?

Several law-enforcement officials said they don’t expect any criminal charges to be filed as a result of the investigation, although a final review of the evidence will be made only after an expected FBI interview with Mrs. Clinton this summer.

One reason is that government workers at several agencies, including the departments of Defense, Justice and State, have occasionally resorted to the low-side system to give each other notice about sensitive but fast-moving events, according to one law-enforcement official.
Don't these two sentences in the WSJ article contradict your thread title?

ABC news reporting that she sold an intelligence committee seat. Yeah, this ##### should definitely go to jail.

WSJ article posted makes it sound like the real problem is that the government just sucks at technology.  Our communications system that is supposed to support time-sensitive global decision making only works US bankers hours??  I guess Hillary was supposed to run all decisions thru Goldman Sachs/ the Illuminati??

If anything this makes Hillary seem less culpable.

Your statement here is the issue. Republicans are bringing up conjecture after conjecture, yet, what do they have? I'm asking seriously because we here "this and that" being "reported" as fact or criminal or whatever, yet when it is asked, "what evidence is there?", it is met with more conjecture.

It's like asking if there is a flea in the flea circus and you see the swing move thus there is a flea. Prove to me there is a flea.

Benghazi, IRS, Fast and Furious, email scandal, etc.  Is anyone in the current administration responsible for any of these screw ups?

Do you not see the irony in this post given my previous post?
It's just insane that there is absolutely 0 acceptance of any responsibility in any of these events.   Imo, where there is smoke there is fire.  We may never get to the bottom of any of these events, but when you have emails missing, computers disappearing, witnesses pleading the 5th, etc. it doesn't scream innocent.

Who is denying responsibility? Laws being broken and responsibility are two different things. Whether there is smoke or not is not the question. And, the constitutionalists should know that pleading the 5th is never an indication of guilt and to presume so is more of an injustice than anything.

The trouble with this is that if we're going to vote for the most honest candidate, she still beats the Republican candidate.

They have found thousands of classified information that were easily assessable.   It is more like trying to find hay in a needle stack.

Most Hilary supporters on here have already said they would still vote for Hilary,  even if all of the claims against her are true with all of the incidents she has been a part of.  Shows where we're at with all of this.
Is this some shtick that I'm not aware of, or are you and MoP inadvertently discrediting yourselves?

Ok, I'm not necessarily agreeing with the OP that she should be in prison, but I just don't think any of these past events make her seem very presidential.  I can't believe we couldn't find a better candidate than one with tons of baggage .

So the article basically supports everything Hillary has been saying...it was common to do it, no info was leaked to ISIS or anyone else and there won't be any criminal charges.  Good find, MOP.
It was so common that no one had ever done it previously or since then.  Secret drives must be removed every day and locked in a separate secret safe and security checked daily by a human.  A separate secret ID token/card is used to log on along with a key.  All of which are associated individually with each other and are on a completely separate network.  She had a bastardized version in her own basement.  Nothing similar at all.

JFC.  Why do people hate the principles this country was founded upon?
