coachs say he isnt hurt he just isnt totally healed. is he ready to go or what ? i want recent news not old news we all know he isnt totally 100%
incase you dont know this, those #s are elite for a wrholt isnt 100% and wont be the entire year. He isnt going to be a top 5 wr any longer imo. He will be good, just not elite. 1200 yds 8-10 tds are my predictions.
We're not really doing this on a full-time basis, are we?no rams homeys out there?
I realize that with a risk of a lingering knee problem he may have dropped out of the top tier of studs with guys like Steve Smith and Chad Johnson, but if he drops all the way to the WR2 range, IMO he becomes a "must draft" at that slot.Last I heard he never stopped practicing thus the over-reaction IMO. This may linger but before long most players won't be 100% and he'll become a bargain where he's going lately as a WR2.
I was listening to ESPN radio yesterday (Football Show) they were interviewing the HC for the Rams. According to him Holt has been practicing. There seems to be some type of conflict between the coach and Holt because the coach kept saying that "Holt needs to understand he needs to practice at full speed all the time."The coach came off as a real tool. He said that Holt will be ok but may not be at 100% for the entire season.I'm just reporting what I heard.TexArnold. This is the same quote Holt had a week or so ago. He's a tough guy and he's obviously talented but one has to wonder what kind of an impact this lingering injury will have on him all season. I really think that Bruce and to a lesser extent Bennett will be very productive early in the season until the Rams find out just what Holt can and can't do on the field. The coach came off as a real tool. LOFL...You need to listen more carefully. There's no conflict between Holt and Linehan. Linehan is the one who decided to back off on Holt. Holt isn't 100% and might not be all year. However, he wasn't last year either. This injury occured during the 2005 season. I'd hold off in round 2...but if he drops into 3 or 4...you have to pounce on him. heard that interview yesterday - coach also said Holt looked like the Holt of old lately and expects him to be a force this season. Sounded positive to me.LOFL...You need to listen more carefully.
