You're dreaming on all fronts I think. I'll dream about Cowher and somehow managing to bring Schwartz back.ETA: you have my mind going now, I'm thinking screw Cowher, gives us Harbaugh!

Garrett and McDaniels run two very different offenses. McDaniels prefers the short passing game while Garrett favors the run to set up a vertical passing game. Had Dallas online not been so bad he could have actually ran his entire offense instead he was forced to work around oline deficiencies.

McDaniels would probably do well in Tennessee. The personnel are in town to run his offense well - although would help to get a good QB or a private full time psychiatrist for Vince.

While we're on the subject, is there any chance Keith Bulluck retires and comes back as a coach in some capacity? Just seems he'd be a good one (although obviously a long ways from HC or even DC).

Most importantly both guys will want to call plays. McD sucked as a HC but he is a top 3 OC. Either he goes back to NE or he pairs up with a defensive minded head coach (Maybe a Nolan/McD combo in Miami?).

I think I've figured out the answer to my own question - Weiss must be pissed at Haley because he won't give the ball to Charles enough.

Back to the important rumor... how does Weiss taking the same position at Florida that he now has with the Chiefs make any sense?

Edit: It looks like it's going to happen, but I still can't figure out why: http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=5974715
Agreed, I don't get it at all. The only thing that would make sense is if they are offering him a tonne of money.
SEC coordinators do make good cash and Weiss is likely to become the top-paid guy in that group.

Just when Bowe and Charles were looking like fantasy stars this happens. Depending on who comes in these two guys could headline the 2012 bust list.
