HOUSTON or BALTIMORE fill in flyer/super sleeper (1 Viewer)

If you play in a league like I do with several flex spots and are missing a few players due to the canceled games I have a sleeper recommendation I am posting.

* DISCLAIMER - this post is only for leagues that start 4 or 5 flex spots and are deeper leagues. My sleeper is not to be played over anybody on your roster that is a normal starter. Just a recommendation if you are going to scan waiver wire for a replacement.

Leonard Weaver RB Seattle

The #1 receiver in Seattle today is a rookie Courtney Taylor. Julius Jones is not a RB that can do anything meaningful right now.

I predict Weaver is used often today not only to rush but on third downs to catch out of the backfield. I see a serviceable #3 or #4 RB today.

I think he could see 15 carries for 50 yards and 4 or 5 catches for 30 yards with a possible TD.

He has been on my radar since last year when Cecil pimped him on a podcast. I watched him after that as he had a few opportunities and he is probably going to get some meaningful fantasy opportunity today.

I know... :lmao:

I just am going out on a limb everly week with sleeper plays to see if I can hit one each week.

Last week I called D Jax and luckily he got cheap TD.

However much he may look like one, Courtney Taylor is not a rookie, he's a 2nd year player.

It will be interesting to see if it's Weaver or Duckett that benefits the most here. I would lean toward Weaver, too, but I don't know what Holmgren will do.
