What is the rule? It looked as though his feet didn't touch the ground with the ball in hand after he crossed the line. That is, he leaped from the line and threw it. So depending on what the rule is, it was either a very close call.. or he was 1 or 2 yards over the line of scrimmage.

Pretty sure its the balls release point and has nothing to do with feet.
